The suite of tools are comprised of the following modules:
Preventative Maintenance Module – An online scheduling tool that lets facility operators create, assign and manage recurring maintenance tasks. The software automatically creates schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, then generates and assigns work orders, and displays scheduled work on an interactive calendar.
Work Order Module – Streamlines the entire work process from request to completion with easy online tools that can increase monthly productivity by as much as 20 percent. The module enables facility managers to submit work requests and check status online as well as to receive automated feedback.
